So IH's parents married back in the 90s. His sister and him have the same parents.
She just looks Blackish and he doesn't. She's actually more "Black" looking than her biracial dad.
It happens. IH is the type that could have just passed back in the old days while sista might have able to get into the Black Bourgeoisie but she wasn't gonna pass.
