Despite Melo's seeming insifference, He's a tempermental player underneath his sleeves (why does he still wear them? They can't be functional). Melo's confidence matches the Knick's organizations utter failure to help him.
Porzingis is years away. The Knicks give Melo a canister and a bucket of pain, and blame him if he doesnt build them a rocket ship. Melo can't design and build such an achievement on his owns; the Knicks should have recruited more people.
