They wouldn't. I just remember that was a rumor at deadline. Amare is pretty much untradeable at this point. I can't see any team really making a move for him outside of someone looking to make a splash and move a player who is either a discipline problem or oft-injured much like Amare.
Dwight wouldn't be able to handle the pressure of NY. He would fold up and beg to be traded as soon as he felt the full might of the media machine.

Not only that but dwight is the most overrated "superstar" in the league...add that to the fact that he's coming off a back surgery and his game relies on athleticism...
I'd rather go to war with Tyson and focus on improving the guard play and getting a backup big.
