Like really if you tell me to pick between
- my team winning the championship AND the Knicks making and having a good run in the playoffs but eventually losing
OR
- the Knicks only winning 10 games AND still not getting a top 7 pick and said pick sucking ass AND my team not winning the championship.

The NBA is smart

They know if Zion ain’t in New Orleans NOBODY is watching them especially since Davis is obviously leaving

They had to fix that situation. Plus New Orleans is a really nice city that deserves a nice team and fan base

There’s a reason they got 2 all star games in like the past 6 years

AS FOR THE KNICKS?

They’ll still be one of the most popular team in the nba with Durant and maybe Kyrie going there

Having Zion in NYC with KD and Kyrie would’ve be overkill

And also Knicks would’ve traded Zion for AD which isn’t good for the #1

And most importantly isn’t good for Lebron and the Lakers.
