same way a retail worker at macy's could easily not know the face of the CEO of macy's, in a complex organization with all those levels of management & degrees of separation - the average worker like that is not all up in corporate affairs, you know the "bosses" you see and deal with.

He shouldn't of fired her I agree and he is a jerk .....but if your in a position where you could interact with the execs at the delta club know your boss and she's been there 3 year it's ok if a regular person doesn't know him but a garden employee that could run into the execs ? I worked at Macy's and I knew who the CEO was he would visit the store , and how did I know him ? The managers would warn you that he was there to stay on your p and q's . But she wasn't a regular employee she was doing security at his private box know who your damn boss ! She's not popcorn vendor inthe 300 section she actually works in the vicinity of the boss. Security guards at big office buildings learn who the big cheeses are so these type of incidents don't happen

normal corporate organization, fine, know the owner/CEO. you working security at a stadium where the highest up you probably think exists is the building manager...gtfoh @ "know who the boss is". especially when nikkas like him got that one professional shot floating around form 8 years ago & you see 15,000 faces a night

that was some egotistical BS and a straight unnecessary flex of power

When I was in high school I worked at a chain grocery store called Kroger. All the little phamplets we got in the beginning had the presidents face on them. Wouldn't you know about a year down the line, he decides to stop in and shop that our store, all the store clerks were loud and weren't doing shyt, I peeped game and was on my best shyt, smiling, helping customers with questions, and I was only pushing carts and bagging at the time.

He came up to me and told me how he appreciated how I was doing a good job and he didn't even mention who he was even though I already knew.

The next week our store manager was on a rampage , fired about 5 people that week, meanwhile I got moved into customer service supervisor at 15years old

you know how security guards power trip, and Dolan is a dumpy lil nondescript looking man. He doesnt look like a CEO at all. She was prolly roasting dolan....

Dolan for one brief moment in time experienced what it felt like to be a common man. He got emotional about it, and fired her on the spot but came to his senses. Hey, she was just doing her job . Thats corporate America for you, dolan!

Naaaaa...i don't think it was that serious. It was probably more on some spur of the moment shyt that Dolan fired her because she gave him a hard time.

Wouldn't shock me if Dolan is one of those bosses that does this kinda "fired" thing often.

Anyway, if anybody should be reprimanded it's the lady's supervisor for not educating her on who Dolan is.
