I don't think he'd sell but it's not outlandish. The Knicks are worth 3.5 billion but that value can fluctuate on the TV contract with the network. With all these people cutting cable and not getting the sports channels packaged in.... he could probably sell the Knicks for $4B and keep MSG for events.
