My best friend used to live in Denmark Hill. It was very easy and quick to get to several different areas from Denmark Hill i.e. Brixton, Peckham, Camberwell (Wooly Road), East Dulwich, Tulse Hill. Basically goon territory.

He had a neighbour who was a super goon. When we would see him he was so friendly and loved talking about football but this guy loved confrontation.

But to keep a step ahead of the fukkery he added something to his armory that I'll never forget. I kid you not, this boy had a metal crossbow. He took us to to some abandoned place to shoot it. It was like a laser and he was ITCHING for someone to test him, oh my Lord

:picard:

I don't know if he did use it but I'm telling you he realllly wanted to. I can't imagine being shot by a crossbow in the 21st century and holding that L in heaven (or hell). What a way to go.

All the old ends.

:salute:

I remember seeing the police arresting a young guy in Greenwich who had what was basically a pirate cutlass wrapped up and hidden down his trouser legs It was pretty blatant not sure how he thought he could walk around and not look weird.

I'm surprised the sling hasn't taken off. It's the cheapest and easiest weapon to manufacture, you can use little pebbles and rocks for ammunition around 3 ounces in weight and don't need to buy ammo. And a rock travelling 70-80mph does serious damage if you can land a headshot. Not to mention you can use anything you like as ammo, like broken glass or a Molotov
