yes it does.. shot selection is exactly why kobe's fg % was never impressive.. you can make the argument that kobe is more "skilled" offensively but that's irrelevant if harden can make shots more efficiently.. think logically bruh..

Logically, Kobes shot selection has gotten him an all time great career while hardens shot selection has gotten him, a beard.
That's because he shoots a lot of threes breh. When you take that many threes, 50% FG is not the benchmark.
Pretty crazy how the narrative surrounding Harden would be entirely different if he had Kawhi's or Curry's supporting cast.
Eh, both teams would be a lot worse if you swapped them with Harden. Much of the criticism he gets is more on him than the supporting cast

Why is that? There's not a single player that has vision or can be a playmaker other than Harden. GSW has about 7. Spurs have about 4, with the best front court in the league. Harden has a bunch of 3&D guys who cant even hit threes and fell off defensively. Basically one dimensional players who arent even elite at their one specialty. Harden needs to step up his defense but I think its much more on his supporting cast than it is on him. Everyone on the team regressed from last year, aside from him.

Spurs/Warriors run equal opportunity offenses and Harden is ball dominant, so he would be a poor fit on either team in replace of their top players
