He needs to retire. I don't understand why players like Tim Duncan and Kobe Bryant don't realize it is better to leave out on top then leave out old, slow, and forgotten. Michael Jordan should have NEVER returned after his Bulls run and never played for the Washington Wizards. It was just not a good move for his career, AT ALL! The only good thing that came from him playing for the Wizards were the Air Jordan 3 "True Blue" sneakeres nothing else. A person can still love what they do, but in sports it's all about building a firm legacy. Luckily Jordan's legacy with the Bulls will erase his play with the Wizards.
