Kobe and Shaq played together for 8 years.

Shaq led the team in shot attempts per game from 1997-2000.....we went to the NBA Finals 1 time and won 1 Title in those 4 years.

Kobe led the team in shot attempts per game from 2001-2004.....we went to the NBA Finals 3 times and won 2 Titles in those 4 years.


Obviously, the Lakers won MORE with Kobe taking more shot attempts per game than we did with Shaquille O'Neal taking the most shots per game. Since when does the 2nd fiddle average more shots per game than "the clear leader and best player on the team"?




Unless, Shaq was the 2nd fiddle and KOBE was really the 1st option on offense......at least that's what the numbers you were going by say
