Is passing, playmaking, vision, and such not a part of offense? These same nikkas probably thing AI is a better offensive player than Magic Johnson too.
Kobe is, quite possibly, the GOAT at hitting heavily contested jumpers and his "God Mode" where he just refuses to miss is insane but...
He's not and never will be a scorer like Michael (Size, mid-range, slashing ability, those stupid huge hands that allowed him to make circus shots, ability to create space, etc) or the offensive player that someone like Magic or Lebron is (Passing, slashing, finishing ability around the rim, vision and court awareness, playmaking, etc).
Kobe is diet-Jordan with better 3 Point and FT shooting but worse at everything else but he's still a god-tier scorer with the likes of Hakeem, Shaq, Lebron, etc.

I watch Kobe play every game cause I like that he'll try shyt in games no one has ever done before. And anytime you watch him play you'll see something incredible you ain't ever seen. If he just played the percentages, then he'd be just as boring as LeBron. As a fan I want to be entertained. I don't want to spend my time looking at the box score and seeing how nice it looks.
