Now if you talk to much trash you get a technical but the league is to soft and friendly now. Back in the day you knocked a player on his ass you didn't help him up, no matter what. And now any body contact may be a flagrant foul. Like early in the game last night, Jason Collins fouled Kobe pretty hard, and the first thing out of the announcers mouth was that may be a flagrant. I was like what in the hell, that's just a good hard foul. The brawl changed some things about the NBA, but it was already trending toward being the fan friendly league that it is now.

I remember in Brooklyn 10 years ago, my cousin and his friends were playing heavy in the park.. they would talk smack like no others... and even he told me one of his dude died from talking smack..and get this.. by project kids... as he called them no even by gangsters

and since the last 5 years the court near his house is pretty much empty..
