kanter is a horrible, defensively
adams is a horrible, offensively

seems like yall wanna make it all/strickly about kobe
and not bring up unstable ownership
poor management front office
at the time a head coach who dosnt believe in big men & defense
I know it was a mixture of all 3, I am just saying if one of his reasons was because he didn't want to play 2nd fiddle to Kobe, why did he think harden would be a good player to team up with?? Orlando was the perfect situation for him

Dwight has to be the biggest underachiever in the NBA.....With his size, frame, athleticism and quickness he shouldve been on god mode, just dominating everyone. He did for a short time but that was only because of the shortage of big men in the league that cold match up with him. With the new wave of big men quickly emerging.....He's looking funny in the light.

How you gonna be in the league for 11 years and not have a post move? Big men younger than him are learning moves and adding it to their tool bag..Why can't he? I knew once Dream couldn't help him, it was a wrap. Imo, he's just a slightly better version of DeAndre Johnson that scores more. Dwight also is immature and a diva. Every team he leaves, theres a pile of mess he's left behind.

On top of that, dude gets more bytches pregnant than his scoring average. Dude's a bum

It's not just Hakeem. He had Patrick Ewing in Orlando and he had Kareem in LA to learn from. Arguably 3 of the best centers of all-time couldn't get through to this idiot. Didn't Kareem call him one of the stupidest players he's ever met too? :heh:

Kanter comes off the bench so I'm not to concerned with his defense & has been better than his reputation this year, would be even less of an issue if DJ wasn't as bad on defense. Adams is serviceable on offense & it ain't like Dwight is killing people in the post anyway & he doesn't like to run pick & rolls.

Dwight wouldn't be worth the trouble even if we traded Kanter for him straight up.

nah that back injury fcked him up.
Yeah the back injury did mess him up and sapped some of his athleticism. But he could have stayed in LA and made more money and got more shots as well. Now he's in Houston where he chose to go knowing what kind of offense they run and now he wants to bytch his way out. Back injury or not he's 30 now and not gonna get any better. He needs to get on the same page with Harden and hope they hire someone like Thibs this offseason to run a traditional offense that will get him more looks. But at his best he never got 15 shots a game so he shouldn't expect it now that his prime is basically over.
