Kobe regularly outplayed Duncan when their teams matched up in the postseason. Even in 2002 when Duncan had the pretty boxscore Numbers Kobe Dominated down the stretch of those games was the reason for LAs win. I think there was one game when he outscored the entire spurs team in the 4th quarter

Duncan was our second leading scorer in both regular season and playoffs:francis:

He averaged a double double with 18 and 12 per 36 minutes. His minutes were just low, he was still a top 2 player on the team

I hope you die and go to a concentration camp in the after life:hhh:
He was still the 3rd or 4th option on that 2014 spurs team.

No he wasnt :francis:

He was still our #2 option on offense. Manu was old and Kawhi was still just a 3-and-D guy back then

How would he be our second leading scorer yet the 3rd or 4th option:gucci:
He was the third leading scorer and only a point ahead of Manu. Rebounds were the only statistic he led for the spurs. Kawhi was the second leading scorer on 61/57 and was a pain in the ass on both ends of the floor for the Heat

nikka stop being stupid:dwillhuh:

I'm talking about that entire season plus the playoffs not just that 1 series in the Finals. Timmy was second in scoring on the Spurs that year

And that's cherry picking to just use that Finals and say "Oh Duncan was a 4th option". TD had just led SA in scoring during that conference finals against OKC that year and put up 17 and 10 for the series:skip:

And we talking about the finals. The person you quoted posted a link of the 2014 finals so that’s what he and I are talking about. Lebron was arguably the mvp of the 2010-2011 season and probably wasn’t even the 4th best player on any side of the court against Dallas. Kobe stepped up as a leading scorer in the playoffs but returned to a second option in the finals against the 76ers/Nets. Steph curry was the unanimous MVP and got outplayed in the 2016 finals. I said that to say, you’r game in the regular season may not mean a thing in the nba finals depending on Circumstances. Tim Duncan was not a top two in the 2014 and I think you are confusing me with you.

CHILL, SCHILLINGER...THE FACT REMAINS, DUNCAN WASNT EVEN AN ALLSTAR BY 2014 AND STILL WINNIN. POPS WAS WAY MORE RESPONSIBLE THAT SEASON THAN DUNCAN.

AND ITS FUNNY UR THE SAME SKINHEAD FAGOT WHO POINTS TO SHAQ WINNIN FINALS MVP IN 2001 AND 2002, WHEN KOBE WAS FAR SUPERIOR IN THE WESTERN CONFERENCE...BUT WHEN IT COMES TO DUNCAN “ITS JUS ONE SERIES!!!” .. SLAP YASELF HOE
