If Kobe was still holding a torch, why was his shooting hand ice cold at the end of important playoff games? :wtf: at this shyt.

Durant took the torch from Kobe. He's now the best player in the world. And if he wins a title at age 23, he's gonna be the unanimous best player.

I still don't know if he'll end up being the greater player all-time. But he has alot of time and he has the talent. He's basically 7 feet tall, has an unstopable jumpshot, and is now developed into an damn good ball-handler and perpetrator. All he needs is to get even better on D and become a better playermakers. The sky is the limit though.

He can be the GOAT.

which player would all these new nikkas trade careers with?

Exactly. :jawalrus:

KD got the makings of being the next one to do it.

Which star player would want to be what Kobe is right now? Exactly. No torch.

:pacspit: at this thread. Nikka had like 40 points shootin' 60% in the last game against OKC, bad fingers, ankles, and all, what more you nikkaz want? Mavs were on fire last year, OKC was on fire this year. OKC transitions from end to end in like 4 seconds. And is Durant IS NOT the most important player on his team, Russell Westbrook is. OKC can't do anything if Westbrook doesn't have a dominant game. Nikkas quick to jump on a bandwagon :snoop:

Seems like the same could be said for the Lakers and Pau Gasol.

HE'S RIGHT...
GASOL HASNT BEASTED THESE PAST 2 POST SEASONS,
AND LA HAS GONE HOME EARLY.

Mavs won the championship last year, and were on fire, them nikkas was shootin' like 40% from 3 in the 'offs. OKC is gearing up to looking like they are winning the championship. You guys are talking like they lost to the Warriors or the Sixers or some sh*t. Their is a difference between not beastin' and not showin' up to play. Artest didn't beast. Gasol didn't show up to play.

No less than Westbrook has done without Durant. Why are you going to go and argue against your own logic?

because he's an idiot :smoker:

Russell is average 21.7 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 5.6 assists

Durant is average 27.8 points, 7.9 rebounds, and 4.2 assists

Kobe in '10 averaged 29.2 points, 6 rebounds and 5.5 assists

Gasol in '10 averaged 19.6 points, 11.1 rebounds and 3.5 assists

And these are just stats, Russell's penetration in the paint is vital to this teams success. Let's not revise history and act like Gasol was carrying any team with his play. :childplease: Y'all talking like he was Shaq doing 30 and 15. :russ: Gasol is an ALL STAR. He is SUPPOSED to do 20 and 10. He averaged 12 points this year, that's too low as a starting player. The combination of Gasol AND Bynum not showing up killed the Lakers chances.
