It depends what kind of players. If it's a rhythm player in most circumstances yes but if it's a player who can shoot really well, they excel and become more efficient playing with Bron.

Also speaking of being disingenuous comparing Boston to a team that had a core that went 73-9 then added an MVP

Steph and KD in their prime >>>>>> anyone on that Celtics team and their offense is All-Time. You're underrating Houston by saying that, that's like saying '08 Boston isn't All-Time great because they went 7 with Cleveland and Atlanta in the first two rounds.

KG PP RAY AND RONDO ARE HOF PLAYERS

HONESTLY, IT WOULD BE A GOOD SERIES AND IM NOT MAD IF U PICK GS, BUT DONT PRETEND LIKE THERES SOME HUGE DISPARITY

I REALLY CANT THINK OF ANY PLAYER LEBRON HAS MADE BETTER - I MEAN, U PROLLY CAN NAME A COUPLE, BUT ITS A FACT THAT MOST THE PLAYERS HE PLAYS WIT TYPICALLY SUBSIDE

Another forgotten game was against the kings when the first superteam lakers were in sacramento,

Kobe didn't shoot at all for half the game like this.

This is the paradox of Kobe Bryant: By passing so much he might have played his most selfish game of the year.

Something strange was going on here, something not revealed in the box score and not discussed by the Lakers afterward, but something unavoidable to anyone who watched Bryant's play during the Lakers' 102-85 loss to the Sacramento Kings at Arco Arena.

Bryant didn't want to shoot in the first half. Practically refused to shoot.

Was it his way of shutting up the teammates who complained after he fired up 72 shots in the previous three games (two of which the Lakers lost)? Was it his way of demonstrating once and for all that the Lakers need him to do his thing in order to be successful? If so, wasn't this first-place divisional showdown the absolute wrong time to prove it?"

I've mentioned that game a number of times. It was the precursor to the Suns give-up game. Kobe showed who he was. And Kobestans are so keep in their thing that they won't admit it.

Remember, Lebron is still accused of "giving up" in a series where his team was hampered by a mismatch at EVERY position other than his own....and he still put up 28-19-10 in the closing game. How do you get 19 damn rebounds in a game that you've "given up" on? Yet Kobe gets a pass from them when he does NOTHING for an entire half of a Game 7.

I mean tbh breh that's a first I've heard of that breh, most ppl saying he makes stars worse and use Bosh and Love as examples. Although Kyrie had his best years playing with Bron and handled the ball a lot :yeshrug:

You can't shyt on Kobe for this because he got 2 more rings. Some teams have no rings. This was a win no way to spin it

by one point ? and 0-0-0 stats :mjlol:
Did you lose track of the whole point? :dahell:

Someone claimed that Kobe "willed" them to each of their wins.

In rebuttal, the box score was posted showing that Kobe only put up 17-5-7 on 6-18 shooting (with 4 turnovers) in one of those wins.

Lamar went for 15-17-4 with 3 blocks
Walton had 17 and 10
Kwame put in 13-11-5 with 3 blocks
And even Smush had 18
Hell, Cooke had 9 and 7 and Sasha hit a couple threes off the bench

It was obviously a TEAM effort that won that game. The Lakers won with great rebounding and balanced scoring. Kobe was part of a team effort, he didn't singlehandedly "will" them to nothing.

The other games were similar. Odom went for 25 and 21 in the other two wins, Kobe had a rather average 24 and 29, Kwame was a strong force inside, Sasha/George/Cook hit a bunch of threes off the bench, between Kobe, Odom, and Luke the ball was moving around really well. That was one of the few times that Kobe finally backed off and let his teammates play, and he was rewarded with a 3-1 lead. Then they had ONE setback in Game 5, and suddenly Kobe stopped playing team ball and tried to grab the glory himself, it didn't work, his teammates wilted, and he quit.

Did y'all watch the game? He came out gunning and had like 25 at halftime and they were still down 15 or so going into the 2nd half. Phil told Kobe that he has to get his teammates going in order for them to have a shot, so he came out trying to get them the ball. They were down like 30 in like 5 minutes. The game was over then.

NOW IMAGINE LEBRON PLAYING ON THAT TEAM INSTEAD OF KOBE

LUKE WOULD BE LUCKY TO SEE THE FLOOR, ODOM WOULD TURN INTO
JEFF GREEN, KWAME WOULD BE A SPOT UP SHOOTER AND LAKERS GET SWEPT

YOU KEEP PROVING HOW KOBE WAS ABLE TO GET THE BEST OUT OF HIS ROSTER WHILE LEBRON COULDNT GET SHIIT OUT OF HIS FAR SUPERIOR CAST THIS YEAR BECAUSE HE WAS BUSY POUTING OVER A MISTAKE AND FAKING A HAND INJURY

THEREIN LIES THE DIFFERENCE

At least he didnt leave after that,

Lebron quit during the boston series, he quit during the mavs series, he quit against golden state, twice

And then he left cleveland,
Left miami
And will leave cleveland again

Foh with yall stupid ass lestan logic

So Kobe can ask for a trade, get Pau in a deal for some Six Flags season passes and MAC gift card for GMs sidepieces, and stay

Yet LBJ was supposed to stay and make it work when the best player management got them was Mo Williams :dead:
