At OU, we had a juice machine called 10-k right at the door of the locker room. Tasted like Tang...but lord did niqqas kill it before practice...

They got a new director or sports nutrition last season, a woman, and there was only like one football game where anybody cramped up.

I forget what she does, but it has something to do with oranges slices and salt packets.

Keep believing you can just drink tons of water and be ok. This isn't just walking around outside in heat or doing yard work, water is fine in those cases.

Your body needs certain sugars and certain sodium that are depleted thru MASS amounts of sweat. At a certain point, water does NOTHING for you

Your body needs electrolytes and certain sodiums etc that are depleted when you do rigorous physical exercises.

He had a top 3 personal season after 16 seasons u idiot

He insists on playing through injuries that require time & rest to heal and it's caused more severe injuries. This is during regular seasons too, I'm not talking about 2010 playoffs. Fingers throwing up involuntary gang signs....playing thru sprains that require 2 weeks to heal. Combine that with his age and you can see why he hasn't played consistently in over a year.
