It's not helping develop the young talent they have now that will be there next year if he still has his job (). It's not like Kobe's gonna own a team next year and hire him or some shyt. Surely no other general managers are gonna be impressed with the shyt, especially since it's not like B. Scott was getting that much love for a job outside of him being a Showtime Laker anywy.
