It's a stipulation as part of his probation/house arrest. You don't agree to it then you sit your time in the clink. When they say "the pen is mightier than the sword", they really mean it. You sign away certain rights that would & could normally be illegal.

I understand all that but what I’m saying is this

If you’re on probation and you agreed to this search stipulation or whatever

How the fukk does that give cops the right to search my person if I’m not the one on probation?

I can understand if I let you in to my house or in my car then yeah they can search the car or the house because the person on probation could have stashed something in there

But if im in a bar with you or some shyt how the fukk is a cop allowed to come and search ME because YOU’RE on probation?

That don’t even make sense and I doubt that’s the case

Yeah that's true but you gotta remember what state we're talking about here.

I'm in Indiana & on house arrest right now & they do random pop ups & if I have somebody over, they get their ID & run their name to make sure they don't have any warrants. That was one of the stipulations I had to sign off on in order to be on.

When on probation/parole, you have a 4 way search clause stating at ANY TIME the police can search you, your residence, vehicle and anybody else around you including their residence as well..
