Perception is the building blocks of reality. I told ya'll white insecurities create realities and our image has been fabricated in the wake of their insecurities.
We have NEVER controlled our image since we stepped foot on American soil.
Fast forward to today and as plugged in as the world is, media and image are major variables that should be taken into account in our progress. Many Blacks don't realize it but being constantly bombarded with negative images about ourselves has led to depression and hopelessness in a lot of people. It's ALWAYS something negative to the point where people start believing or internalizing these lies on some Focault type shyt. Media is psychological warfare and that can be just as damaging as anything else they do to us.

Repeating the same message to folks that knows it and are consciously contributing to their plight, is a waste of your time and is a signal for a different approach/meaning to the notions of informing/empowering Black folks
