Will leave this up for about 2 more days.

Sounds like Miyamoto is going to be the next one in place. I am not sure how I feel about that since Miyamoto is a creative genius, running a company is a completely different thing unless he is a madman like Steve Jobs was.

He and Genyo Takeda will temporarily take over until the board votes in a new President. I doubt Miyamoto will even be nominated or will take it(he's been planning on retiring for years). It's a million to one shot but if Masahiro Sakurai gets the job then :banderas: Nintendo can come back.

Sakurai isn't apart of Nintendo anymore.

Plus, he was barely functional when developing Smash 4, running Nintendo would no doubt kill him.

It's either gonna be Genyo Takeda, Satoru Shibata or someone who have no idea about.

You ain't lieing bout Steve Jobs. Reading his book it's becoming clear his success was mostly attributed to his ruthless a$$holeness and complete lack of empathy.

Dude definitely had narcissistic personality disorder

Man I haven't rocked with nintendo since the gamecube and I didn't like the way he ran nintendo but I respect his push for the simplistic fun game approach. He took the most basic machines(og wii) and made it into one of biggest selling consoles. Also taking pokemon into the juggernut it is today on gameboyech. Dude was a class act :banderas:

I knew about many of them since I've had friends work at Apple for many years.

the original iMac and iPod stories leave anyone like :merchant:

Sad thing is that I take the same approach with everything I fix, if it's not perfect I lose my mind.

Dude would paint his factory walls floors and machinery white and have it repainted if it looked dirty :laff:

He doubled manufacturing on his NXT machine to have the inside embossed and painted same as the outside :laff: (might be wrong bout what machine this was)

I did like how he quoted his carpenter pops though (step pops)

A good carpenter uses the best piece of wood for the back panel of the drawer too. Even though no one will ever know or see it in all likliehood at least he knows it's quality in every aspect.

Im paraphrasing but you can see his adopted dad instilled that quality. Being abandoned made him a crazy a$$hole with no empathy I think though.

I haven't even made it past Pixar in his book yet either lol.

Jeff Bezos from Amazon is similar. He made the security company working at his warehouses help scrub the large facilities from top to bottom during downtimes.

all those guys share the same personality, but you usually have to be ruthless when the stakes are so high

I am not sure if this was in the book, but someone told me he flipped out because the lines painted in the parking lot were a little off so he got the whole thing redone immediately.
