Unpopular Opinions About Battle Rap
They should have never agreed to unlimited rounds.
Soul Khan should sped it up and we already know Diz will go on forever.
Same time, I do like some of the actual material in this battle. Shouldn't be an hour and thirty somethin' minutes tho.

The more political and intricate material they both get into is actually real good. I like what Soul Khan was saying about politics and religion. I feel like Dizaster talking about his family in the 3rd was deeper than fans would give it credit for being. But to be honest, I'd shave off maybe 30 mins. of this.
And Soul Khan sort of does sound like he's drunk and he's telling a drunk friend to chill out which makes it funny.

Back in like 2009/2010 unlimited rounds meant like 3-5mins. IIRC Conceited/Arsonal was unlimited and that was one of the first classic battles of the youtube era. First time I saw unlimited rounds turn into a giant mess like this was Rone/Okwerdz and it's been like this ever since.
That was unlimited? I remember it being 5 rounds

I watched about 10 seconds of Dizasster 1st then skipped ahead to part of Soul Khans first and turned this shyt off.
SK was trying to be lefty over liberal in this but his softness came off as more liberal. man SK fell off, you gotta have some mean spirit in battle rap, he still has some wit but taking forever to rhyme, e wouldve been booed out of the building at URL. Diz was good at times. unlimited should be no more than 10 minutes per round and really 5 minutes should be max like the lux/hollow battle
Not to cop pleas for him but he did say it all kinda came up to him fast and he kinda crammed last minute. You can tell he had the material there so I give him a pass. Still would like to see him battle again despite what some of the battle rap community be saying cuz he showed the writing capability. He acknowledged the fukk up w/ his pacing too.
