To me it's more like a K Shine Twork thing. K Shine is that dude but at some point he binge watched Twork and got carried away. Maybe Rone felt insecure about his comeback and wanted to tailor his style to something that is working currently. I prefer Rone to sound like Rone, even if it won't work on Smack.

Rone in this battle sounds more like the original GTNY Rone which is throwing people off. He was spitting with way more conviction and slick shyt before he got caught up in GT West Coast and KOTD corniness.



Rone v Profit, Rugged, and DNA is light years beyond about everything thing he did after when he started doing more goofy shyt. This Rugged battle in particular is why people wanted him on Smack.

Yeah, I think knows he is way removed from the days of when he beat Okwerdz to the days of when he lost the chain to Head ICE and dipped out of the game for a bit. He did good tho.

Yeah I think so, too, but I kind of get the notion that Rone feels like he needs to play catch up. I need to watch this again myself because I think its way more debatable than fans made it out to be. Charron was in his bag, too. Way better battle than Dizaster vs. Soul Khan, imo, even though I liked some of that battle on this card.
