I think it's because he's westcoast. He really sounds corny. I'm gonna get some hate, but I feel that way about a lot of westcoast battle rappers

I'm from california, and im not trippin. Nitty is actually better than a lot of typical west coast dudes, but he's actually from Arizona, so idk how to even class him tbr. But overall, I feel where ur coming from, cuz besides some of the old jungle dudes, daylyt, and aktive, none of them really rep California to my standards, which is why I can't support them. I don't mean that they need to be extra nice, just don't make my state look like a bunch of clownshoes. I feel lke dudes like cadalak Ron, caustic, thesaurus, Danny Meyers, etc.. are leading the image of the WC in a direction that I'm not on board with.

That said, magic simply out-classed him every round. It's a good look for nitty, but I don't like kotd flying in all these street rappers to perform in front of non-street crowds. The reactions are forced and unnatural. Just have ur best guys face each other imo. I've been to a couple of these events, and it's practically Pavlovian how people react when someone ends 2-4 bars with an annoying "WOOOOOO!!!!" damn near every time, on some 'wanna show out' shyt. Those people really just wanna hear jokes, but they pretend to fukk with street shyt so that they can make their region seem 'bout it' on the internets. For the most part, people who came up in the hood, or identify with the more street shyt still aren't fukking with battle rap like that in California.

Yeah I enjoy westcoast rappers, it's those westcoast battle rappers man. I've yet to really see one with that authentic, believable feel. I want a Tray Dee type battle rapper. I want to believe what he's saying. I want a nygga who is gonna come 50 deep, who is not gonna fukk around, & talk that shyt.
