1. i didn't think anything would happen to him (yet) deep down :ehh: :salute:

2. eh......even if he couldn't or didn't do music anymore, look at the volume of his discography. Satisfied is an understatement to describe how i feel about the music he put out and i wouldn't be mad if he never made another song again. I can live a couple lifetimes off of what he already put out and i just appreciate what he already did! :blessed::blessed::blessed:

1.I didn't either honestly. I was sitting in the hospital visiting my sister when I saw the thread on the coli. So I'm going through some real life shyt and to see that about one of my favorite artists kind of shook me up. But I didn't feel an eerie feeling in the air I knew he would pull through just like my sister is.

2.true but he did say he was tryna get that bone thugs tiny desk going. We need that if nothing else lol. And you're right he's dropped a life time of music. But part of me still wants that one last bone album

Yeah...

Who would have knew that Future would still be in the game and how Lil Durk managed to outlast Chief Keef and Lil Reese.

I was a 10th Grader that Fall too.

Word. I remember HATING Tony Montana with a passion. But he dropped some fire over the years lol. And ironically Durk cites Bone Thugs as his influence to do music. I feel like I should listen to his music based off that alone but I just never really got into it

There's been plenty of interviews in which each Bone member acknowledges that Krayzie is really the guy that primarily puts melodies and songs together. Also that he's always in the studio.

Bizzy even during their little separation shouted that out in Thugz Cry
Wish and Krayzie were also in the video btw

I....I didn't stutter but what if I lost it and
Came in the office and nobody noticed
With liquid explosive on top of Versace
Clothes give up the ghost
Krayzie's Picasso, lil' Layzie like Caesar
Stacks like Joe Pesci in Casino and
Wish don't give a fukk! O
I'm Gambino -n- the walkin dead
Woke up on the wrong side of the bed
Bible of survival Triple six rivals, triple six rivals

See Me Shine was a Krayzie solo feature track before it got turned to a group song for Uni5.

Makes sense... I think Krayzie said this was his least favorite Bone album.

They made this video featuring Ty Dolla $ign

The album had some gems, but T.H.U.G.S is a much better official unofficial album.

Krayzie says in the same interviewbthat Bizzy came up with The hook for creepin on ah come up when the interviewer asked him. And Krayzie himself also said up until the art of war they would all work together and if one guy had a good idea they all would roll with it and build off it. Even if Krayzie Bone is the one that primarily puts things together it doesn't mean that the rest of the group have never made a hook or melody, or aren't capable of doing so, which is what alot of fans make it seem like. I love krayzie but its not Krayzie Bone and the Krayzettes. Bizzy and layzie have dope hooks and melodies on their solos which shows they are more than capable of coming up with stuff. Even flesh has his moments.

Bizzy also says in his court interview (haven't finished watching yet) that their style/process started a collaborative effort. Now if it evolved into something else that's fine but I feel they all need props especially for the early days.. and Calling him Picasso on thugs cry is hardly admitting that he does all the hooks.

Gotta check that see me shine. I haven't heard it smh. There was like 100 songs floating around during the uni5 era it was hard to keep up

yoooooo this song is fiye! :ehh:

the autotune isn't too drenched and does it justice :ehh:

the engineer mixed their voices perfectly! I like the Dionne Warwick track posted above, but Krayzies voice deserves more drenched reverb to give it that classic feel in it imo.

i definitely get what you're saying, and i'm not trying to make it out to be like Krayzie was the only one putting in work or anything.

I just think that Krayzie (and Bizzy) are the most melodic geniuses in the group comparably. They're also the best lyricists, singers, and have the best flows imo. This isn't to take away what everyone else puts into the group at all. Like you said, it's a collaborative effort, but it's pretty telling when you hear the consistency in not only their verses, but solo work in these regards and you can see what they bring to the table.

(i also notice you never mentioned Wish in your post tho :patrice: :lolbron: :troll: )

hot take: T.H.U.G.S is bones worst album to me and the only song i like off of it is Remember Yesterday :manny:

no other beats have the signature bone sound and they sound like beats you'd buy on a website $20 for 5.

Other hot take: Uni5 isn't even that bad. in fact, i like the album and it gave me 4 fukking classics:
(in order from best to worst)
1. Just Vibe
2. Universe
3. Pay What They Owe
4. Everytime
5. My Life

i don't get why everyone talks down on that album and just those 2 top songs make the album worth it and blow T.H.U.G.S out of the water .
