krayzie and Bizzy always seemed to have the most static between each other :heh:
they were the most talented too which makes sense :ehh:

but yea, i literally feel like i'm on a sailboat on a calm ocean listening to that song :banderas:

Lol I always feel like Kray and Lay had the most static because layzie is the leader of the group but people often times cite kray as the leader. And then especially that Mo Thugs split.

I’ll say that Krayzie’s family and friends are tight knit. No updates or anything on his condition, no leaks no TMZ.

I’ll reiterate I hope he pulls through.

Love the little shot at Bizzy Bone.

Don't nobody move or you could be a casualty
Why you would really wanna cross paths with me?
One nikka left and they thought we was done
Don't think you'll get rid of the twist of the tongue
They thought we was finished but we just beginnin
They want me committed for the murder one

How “Alone In A Crowded Room” song didn’t get major play, I’ll not understand. If Drake made this it’d be a number 1 hit.

We don't feed the leeches, we don't walk with haters, yeah we often hate 'em
Friends, how many of us have them?
I'm talking about them friends you know that's everlasting
I'm talking about your friends that's gon' be there when you ask 'em
I'm talking about the friends that wants to carry your casket

Layzie next to him during this part of the verse had a little bro like :to:

They both touched on that Mo Thug split on the Holdin’ Court podcast.

Long story short, Layzie was not handling business correctly (he had a drinking problem). Krayzie couldn’t sign off on deals or money because two signatures were required.

But, Layzie did say he was never the “I’m the best rapper” guy. He knew his place. His vision was to get them money and keep the group focused. That’s why he had Bizzy release his solo first, he thought that would bring Bizzy back to the group in full.

Krayzie is too quiet to be the face anyway. He’s charismatic on the mic and on his videos but Layzie and Bizzy are more the entertainers in a live setting.

Idek I've never really heard a real reason why they don't work together. Last project he did was AOW and he probably has a few tracks sprinkled throughout the years

He produced the art of war 3 album in 2013

It was a Bizzy Layzie & Flesh project

Has some good songs on it

Krayzie & Wish are on a few tracks

I remember AOW 3 from when they kicked krayzie out of the group lol. I actually have to revisit this album haven't heard it in years.

Had no idea u neek produced it though.
Even still... doesn't explain a 15yr gap of not producing for them inbetween... or the 10yrs after. There had to be some type of situation

Im watching the interviews out of sequence. Just finished Kray this morning. Never knew these existed. I will watch the rest.

But I have a feeling from the clip of layzie that the truth isn't exactly how Krayzie is telling it.. he kind of had a spin for everything where he did no wrong he was just the hardest worker as everyone else fukked up. Which may be true. But that would also lead me to believe that he did have an outburst at the record label condemning lay. But we'll never know. The fact that they are still friends means the truth is somewhere in the middle.

And the story with the art of war... they used to do everything together as far as choruses and vibing to come up with song themes. Then all of a sudden the rest of bone stops showing up to the studio and he has to do it all himself and they just follow his lead...sounds sus. I feel like kray lowkey although quiet felt like he was the best. And he wanted control so he probably purposely showed up early to sessions in order to sway things in his direction knowing the rest of the group would think its fire anyway. But the AOW definitely seemed like the krayzie bone show.

To this day most fans have this idea that Krayzie is the one who came up with every hook and melody ever because of that. Even though they all admit that it wasn't just him and they worked together.

I love krayzie though. Just seeing it from all perspectives

yea that's why i just fixed my personal bone playlist directly on my phone rather than use spotify since the real deep cuts aren't on there. took me a while to fix it up, but it's worth it.

Most definitely. I gotta get back on it lol. I had introduced one of my boys to murder me by bizzy bone like a week ago and started to go through some of the piffery but just diverted back to Spotify lol.

how'd he react? :gladbron:

bizzy is so esoteric and polarizing that i wouldn't expect anyone to really "get" him like that :wow:
