Didn’t they say it was Eazy’s idea to play the demonic angle as a way to market E.1999

Probably Eazys idea to run with it to market them but that doesn't mean they weren't already indulging. They had faces of death before ever meeting Eazy and that had some demonic shyt on some of the songs and the grim reaper on the cover

I believe they were experimenting with the Black magic shyt and probably had a scary experience which is why they started doing more melodic type of vibe and more recordings about being righteous. Probably why all 5 are still here.

Interesting enough. Three 6 Mafia came out around the same time as them. REALLY pushing that line and the results were Koop dead, Lord dead, Boo dead, Crunchy getting shot in the face and losing his daughter and his son getting shot. :patrice:

Could be the reason why Juice is like :whoa: these days and didn't want nothing to do with them nikkas

Krayzie said that fans want them to go back to putting out East 1999 type of shyt and he said he don't wanna go back to that frame of mind

Yeah im pretty sure something happened. I just don't know what and I don't expect them to ever reveal it.

Hasn't crunchy done interviews about actively worshipping the devil or some shyt. I dont wanna spread false info but I remember something like that.

And as a kid/teen I always thought they did something, made some type of deal to acquire the skills they had because none of their other albums sound like E.1999. yeah they still rap fast and still harmonize but there was a level of mysticism surrounding that album. Aside from performing the songs I dont think they can rap like that even if they tried present day. There's never been anything like It since

It was Koop. Koop said they were heavily in it in this documentary

I have an old iPod with a KrayIe Bone playlist that I still keep charged up as it has that song among many other classics that you can't stream on it.
i gotta playlist of 162 of my favorite bone songs.

not 162 Bone Songs......but 162 of my FAVORITE bone songs.

They have the most quantitative and quality of work of any other artist that exists for my personal taste.

No one has ever made as much music as i liked in copious amounts like they have :wow:
