I really think what they practice is what shows on the court. It's hard to deviate from your patterned behaviours when it's all you practice. Not to mention your coach and president mouth off about insubordination, not following the gameplan and you don't change your game again.

They in NYC breh, they need to suck that shyt up imo.

I think the front office needs to get on the same page (which Is why theyre probably dedicating camp to learning this newer variation of the triangle) but they gonna have to stop bytching about that shyt imo... Them nikkas got ZERO rings.. Even the coach I believe. And if all these other teams run a variation of it, they need to stfu and learn some basic triangle offense or w/e they gonna learn this summer

I didn't say he couldn't hit a 3, I said he didn't want to. He was mostly in the post because he enjoyed that. Pau was the perfect guy from triangle..a big who can post and pass. Kristaps doesn't want to be in the post all the time like Pau did. Pau also didn't dribble from the perimeter doing this..Kristaps wants to do this not hangout in the post



And it is players being upset over triangle, why would they want to run a system when the guy is not there coaching? They want to run what their coach wants to

Porzingis and melo trying to hang outside the post where they can't utilize their size is not a good thing... Its fukking stupid.

And again... SA running the same/similar halfcourt system and theyre 2nd in the toughest division without only running and gunning

I agree, I would love to see more post but this is how the league is turning into and Phil who is not a coach can't really be forcing this shyt. He did it with Fisher who went back to his own shyt and then got fired, not he is doing the same with Hornacheck, the team is already trash and then you have confusing shyt. He just needs to be focused on being a GM

Systems help players win championships, but they dont win championships by themselves. Those 11 championships consisted of 3 top 10 players of all time, and (Kobe, Shaq, MJ) and 2 top 50-100 players of all time (Rodman/Pippen). The championships had more to do with THAT than the system, though the system did help.
