Superman was strong out of the gate.

Sayians seemed like they had to get their asses kicked or nearly die multiple times just to get as strong as superman.

Plus, it was very hard for the non-mixed sayians to reach the Super Sayain level.

Did the comics sat that superman can't smash human chicks? Although I think goku would beat him, but superman doesn't have to do all that training. Goku had to die about 3 times before ss3 and had to train non stop. All superman had to do was chill out in the sun. Plus kryptonite aint that common.

yea basically if u pick kryptonian you start out easier but it gets harder for you later on, cuz on the off chance someone busts some kryptonite out on your ass its where if you a saiyan you got your weakness on you at all time and them first couple fights are gonna but if you survive that its smooth sailing, so guarding your tail is gonna make you fight more cautious/better, and endgame saiyan strength > kryptonian

manipulation of ki energy>>>>>> saiyans powers are virtually limitless. Goku is telepathic, can absorb energy from any living thing, can sense energy and fight basically blind because of it. Been trained by multiple gods, in multiple dimensions. Seems alot more fun overall to be able to increase your power overtime
