Some of evidence in the first murder seems to be under question. The second murder has no physical evidence other than the word of informant. Ace and Johnny Shipes got him a high-priced Miami lawyer.

It would be crazy if he beats both murders.

There seems to be a lack of the physical evidence that was initially reported on the first case. The DNA evidence was really one hair, and those were his people who he was around a lot, so the hair could’ve just came from normal contact. Also, he was clearly not one of the 2 people caught on video fleeing the scene and hopping a fence before they broke in a home and held a lady hostage. He is 6’3” and they were visibly shorter.

If he beats both of these cases it will be fukkery overload and a complete embarrassment for JSO.
