How are you going to fire a coach that made it to the playoffs in the past 2 season.

In Dallas, he defense was in the top 5 the first year. After that first year his defense declined worse and worse.
Maybe, he took the defense from nothing though and the defense has been top ranking in the league since.
Kubiak doesn't know how to coach the game he is in. He has no creativity and doesn't know how to make adjustments in the game when the plan he keeps trying isn't working.
