I think spice one saying "my bytch Nina" refering to his nine at the end of face of a desperate man was more of a spark for the concept for pac than I gave you power. Hes on jealous got me strapped on the same album amerikkkas nightmare and they knew each other since teens. The same way toss it up is supposed to be a response to no diggitty this couldve been a response to nas track. but conceptual influence since nas is direct and pac metaphorical/ euphemistic with his i dont see it. Not to mention fellow queens rappers organized konfusion had a song on extinction agenda stray bullet

From 94 where both rapped about being a stray. You could argue nas got his concept from them.

Outlawz said out their own mouths that he loved I Gave You Power and wanted to redo it in his own way.

Googled making of Malawi. You see how quickly edu corrected him though saying he already had the concept in mind? It doesn't take away from the track either way.

I don't buy that. Multiple artists were asked to join DR East (Big Daddy Kane, Bobby Brown, Run DMC, Craig Mack, etc.). But it only existed in theory at that point.
Death Row East came back in 2005 or something
I just remember Seeing the logo
