Can't call it...but I WILL say it's the best "late night, mildly faded while cruising in the whip" mixtape ever made. It's not even debatable. 'Mezmorized' at 2am riding down I-96 is still after all these years.

But the production on K&OJ is timeless, not the lyrics IMO. The entire tape is "roll up, smoke, pimp hoes" and doesn't do it as creatively as WOTW...

I could imagine "Goin In" from WOTW in the year 2075, riding a spacecraft with some alien bytches
