so now since he wasn't in the wrong carrying that gun (legally) then they'll say he was justified in using it. He'll get off with time served and probation

Exactly think about all of the mexicans and asian people in prison doing life just for having a illegal gun. If Kyle was mexican they would be giving him the death panalty right now. It's crazy.

Man I just seen a story about a whole car of mexican dudes go to jail off of one gun. That's why you see so many mexicans in police chases because they know the cops will find any little reason to lock mexicans up. They want that free meixcan prison labor.
