He's not giving up those checks to stand on his "true beliefs". You won't be getting any "revolutionary actions" like that from Mr. Irving again, at least not until he's done trying to make a career in the NBA.

Kyrie stays saying silly shyt. He’s just never been held accountable when he tries to be the smartest guy in the room. If he truly had any conviction he would’ve retire. But truth is he just likes to sound different and hear himself talk. He has alot of influence which is why I’m very critical of him. I really wish black people didn’t hold athletes/rappers to the forefront of being leaders.

As I've said before, if Luka posted a "harmless link" to a documentary positing that the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade never happened and pulling information from an anti black propaganda piece the equivalent of Protocols of the Elders of Zion (taught to German children in Nazi Germany btw), and refused to apologize I'm going to guess that black people's response would be a tad different.
If Kyrie from the beginning had just said "I posted a link to a documentary that I thought was insightful but later found out was antisemtic and for that I apologize" all of this would have been avoided. Instead he tried to double down and spout all kind of nonsense in defense of it. So he found out what happens when a corporation is faced with a controversy of that nature. Lol at the BROOKLYN Nets just letting that slide.
