If that's the case why not wait the extra year and make the last run at the title. Hell he'd have a lot More leverage then too since he could scare off teams he doesn't want to go to with the threat of opting out.
I'm guessing he realizes he will be a less attractive trade to other teams with only one year left on his contract.

Lebron told Butler that?

Kyrie told Jimmy. He preferred playing with Jimmy in the Chi than Bron in Cleveland. Word is Kyrie been trying to get traded since even before the draft. So Kyrie wasn't even interested in bolstering the Cleveland squad to convince Bron to stay long term.

maybe its because next years FA class? Teams will be more focused on signing max FA's than trading for one. Just a guess though

We already saw what it looks like with Kyrie as the top dog. :hhh:

If the Knicks can get Kyrie out of all this fukkery you should be doing jumping jacks and cartwheels down the street.

This dude War already throwing shade at the possibility of you flipping 33 year old Melo for 25 year old Kyrie Irving

:what:

Are you serious nikka?

What does that have to do with anything? I'm stating facts, breh. Of course I'll take Kyrie over Melo. That doesn't mean it makes The Knicks as some kind of contender. We'll be trading an old ball hog for a young one. :heh:

Yeah, I think the "doesn't want to play with LeBron anymore" is bullshyt. I think he doesn't want to play in Cleveland WITHOUT Bron and is wanting to bounce before he does. His averages on points and shooting percentage were the highest this year in his whole career.
That doesn't make sense. He has LeBron for one more year. Worst case scenario he plays one season without LeBron.
