He can be efficient and still be a subpar floor general. I'd love to give him a pass for his rookie year, but man, he can be so much better as a PG.

Thompson/Varejao are not the most offensively gifted players in the league. Alonso Gee is more defensive minded and Waiters needs the ball in his hand to be effective. Plus, who's shouldering the scoring load on that squad?

You could have shyt for teammates and still be able to get at least 2 assists for every turnover you commit. Kyrie doesn't do that.
