It's even more hilarious that the counterargument is "KD WILL DEMAND A TRADE" and I would be ok with that option too if I owned the Nets. They gave KD and Kyrie anything and everything they wanted, and the instant they push back a little bit to protect themselves, after Kyrie ghosted whenever he wanted, they both wanna demand trades?! He gave those two all of that power, traded away tons of assets for Harden, traded him away when he quit for another bum, and the ROI was barely getting into the playoffs and a first round exit. My team would be Ben Simmons not shooting ass passing to a bunch of 3 point shooters next year.
what are all these times Kyrie was unavailable that don’t involve Covid or injury

all you dudes saying what y'all would do as the nets... would alienate future NBA players. no players want to play for hardline owners

Wait... Is it random people or are these actual Laker fans talking about trading AD, already? They gave up on him that quick, huh? :russ:
Are they even done paying all the draft picks they owed for him? :mjlol:

He missed 4 games to attend a birthday party for his sister.
That’s not why he missed the games tho

I could of swore he took leave due to his girl pregnancy.

Him celebrating his sister & dad birthday in his free time off isn’t the same as specifically not playing to go do those things.

still think Chicago, Toronto and Milwaukee is the best fit for him.

I want Giannis to get another ring before 30 years old :wow:

That was a separate time he also missed games. One was in January, the other later around March. Dont forget he also missed a game because the Insurrection bothered him so much he didnt have the energy to play.

from a pure basketball standpoint, him on the bucks would be sick
its perfect for both teams imo. Brooklyn can maybe have Middleton (somewhere where he can still be a leader and more). Milwaukee keeps a solid shooter

Giannis Brook and Bobby dominating inside while Jrue and Kyrie shoot seems like a solid ass team :wow:

so if the nets aren't gonna be able to receive significant assets for dude, then why the hell would they even consider helping kyrie get yet another max contract via sign and trade?

Cause if you hate a bytch enough, you will outright go put her on another nikka dikk just to get her off yours.

After looking at more tape i'm still skeptical about him but it's not like i know of any better available options (i dont watch college sports) so i'm just gonna put my faith in the coaching staff's ability to develop players. Like i always say if th coaching staff liked what they saw in workout then it's safe to say they feel like they can get great use out of him in the system.
  • He got a decent jumper for his size. A little slow with it but his height will allow him to rise above most defenders and get his shot off
  • He''ll be a defensive liability according to scouting reports.
  • He's not the strongest finisher at the basket from what i seen but he can improve. Basically for his height he's not one of those players that plays above the rim
  • Nice back to the basket turn around jumper (1:05 in video below)
  • Decent 3pt shot for whatever their 3pt line is in that league.
  • He has very good ball handling for his size but im not sure he can get away with some of the things he did over there against NBA defenders. See his ball handling from the 0:10 to 0:30 mark in video below. Reminded me of Tyler Herro in the ways he can create space to get his shot off from 3
  • I'm not sure how physical hhe can be to rebound in the NBA
The video below is the most complete vid i seen of his various offensive skills. He should be fun to watch in SummerLeagues but i'm not sure how much PT hell get until he's no longer as much of a defensive liability.

In the playoffs Middleton has been better since 2017
