You're not adding anything by losing a top-15 player in the NBA who fits in any system. Kyrie is his prime right now. If Kyrie doesn't get hurt him and KD likely have a ring already. This is a nonsense take

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
not happening.

Portland didn't trade for Jerami Grant just to flip Dame for Westbrook.
Unless they decide to blow it all the way up and rebuild. Get Westbrook expiring contract and some of Brooklyns first round picks. If lucky they get the first pick in next years draft.

Of course Dame would have to co-sign it, but he already wants to play with KD.

The way I see it, Kyrie wouldn’t mind playing with Lebron. The Lakers want him. Dame wants to play with KD, and Brooklyn wants to keep KD if Kyrie leaves. Brooklyn and the Lakers are in win now mode. But and trade will require a 3rd team in order for it to be feasible.

So either a third team is involved or there is no trade :manny:

The NBAPA gon beat Kyrie’s ass if he, as a player that puts up 27/6/4 on damn near 50/40/90 splits, signs that MLE deal.

The precedent that shyt will set… :mjlol:
This is usually true.. but this is happening while kyrie is seeking a max...its closer to what happened to Dennis shroeder...

Betting on themselves gone wrong.
Although...one played himself out of a contract...the other didn't play himself into a contract

Which they clearly are not doing.
