out of all of Bron accomplishments of his amazing career, getting Kyrie to apologize, leave Kevin Durant and return to to him for potentially a mid-level exception exactly like that Thanos Endgame gif has to be on the top of the list:pachaha:
LeBron isn't good enough to carry this douche. He had to go full zenith mode to beat Golden State with him.

The person who loses most in this situation is AD. He's gonna assume Kevin Love role on floor and receive Kevin Love criticism off of it.

Kyrie lucky the nets fan base is pretty nonexistent so he won’t catch the same heat he gets in boston when he does return to BK.

It wouldn’t make sense, Kyrie and the Nets issue is about money, the nets not wanting to commit $187 million for 4 years, I don’t think he will turn around to get even less money by giving up another $30 million.

If he signs for $6M with Lakers, there will probably be a handshake agreement on a 5-year max next year.

What I don't understand from Kyrie tho..is if your whole point of contention towards the Nets is money..how the hell does it make sense to sign with the lakers for an 80% discount :dwillhuh: i mean the lakers won't be able to extend him until after they get his bird rights in 2 years so why wouldn't he just sign back to the nets for a deal that wasnt non max but still large...it doesn't add up.. Seems like there may be a desire from the nets to just move on regardless of cost or he has a deal lined up from a different squad that's bigger than the lakers offer

Don't the bird rights extension restrictions only apply if the team is over the salary cap? Lakers have less than $60M in salary on their books for 2023-24.
