Has anyone even watched the video?
Coli watch party?
I was finally able to get it from an infamous torrent site. I plan to watch it over the weekend in parts. My thing is if it's the belief that Black people are the original Jews, then that's their belief. That in itself can't be antisemitic, it's a difference of opinion. I understand there are Black American Jewish communities in Israel today that have similar beliefs. Former NBA player Amare Stoudemire is one of them. Lot of lessons to be learned from this incident and I hope people examine the historical relationship between Black and Jewish people with an objective eye.

Forget the antisemitism for a moment, I'm just trying to work out why y'all ain't got no smoke for Kyrie promoting a documentary that makes a mockery out of our oppression, that claims Adolph Hitler believed negroes were the "precious jewels" of the world? Is that not disrespectful to the thousands and thousands of Blacks that were persecuted, tortured and murdered under his reign? What about all the Afro-Germans who suffered the same fate (even after the war ended)? What about the regime Hitler controlled, which is still spawning iterations that we have in our country right now?

Defending Kyrie for posting this is only shooting yourself in the foot.

I’ve brought this point up several times re: Kyrie & Kanye and no one wants to answer this. Standing by anything that paints Hitler in an even remotely complimentary way is inherently anti-black and anyone being an apologist for Kyrie whilst ignoring this point is a clown.

So if you’re going to blame Amazon for selling dumb shyt you should be willing to celebrate them for selling great African American and religious history, correct?

I guess Kyrie not having sense enough to go to someone other than ”Blacks for Trump” scholars was a bridge too far for him, right?

Kyrie has posted other Black scholars and their works and quotes on his Instagram, but nobody mentioned that. Nobody gave a fukk, soon as he post one thing, motherfukkas vilified the fukk outta dude.

But I'm done discussing this with some of yall.

It's probably best as a separate thread, altogether, but then these dress-up Conservatives will probably ignore it too.

Nobody's deflecting. Secondly that same "boss" has questionable morals, so the suspension is bullshyt as well
Every person in the world has questionable morals. The perfect person doesn’t exist. We all have shyt. Most of us would probably be fired immediately if our posts on this site weren’t anonymous and made visible to our workplaces (especially with the way ya’ll run around calling each other fakkits and other wild shyt)

But that’s not what this is about. Kyrie’s conduct is currently detrimental to the team. You can bring up Joe Tsai and China or whatever else you’d like to deflect to, and that won’t change the fact that Kyrie’s current behavior and conduct is detrimental to the team.

Just off a retweet and story repost, we’ve had religious organizations calling for apologies and condemning the Brooklyn Nets, Antisemitism protesters sitting courtside in unison, a media circus at press conferences that are supposed to be about basketball… and this is all because of one man’s behavior. How’s that not grounds for a suspension? Whether you agree with what he said or not..

There’s 16 other players on the roster, and it’s only one persons actions that caused a major distraction and a media shyt storm. If that’s not conduct detrimental to the team, what the fukk is? I understand y’all like Kyrie. I do too, and I believe he has a good heart… but take emotion out of this shyt and use logic for a second. Are you really telling me with a straight face that his behavior hasn’t been detrimental to the team? You think what he’s doing is helping the nets? Get real

Kyrie posts and points. fukk a post. He obviously doesn’t “read “. You’re going to skip that part where he retweets “I dont read books” bullshyt?

It’s a crime to tell you and people like him that reading has its benefits? Dont you think reading would have prevented him from passing on all this dumb shyt?

Or are you outchea like Kyrie thinking “Blacks For Trump” sect leadership is quality scholarship bruh?

This is why I can’t take keyboard militants seriously. Let Luka tweet out a link to a documentary implying slavery never happened and then refusing to apologize for platforming that misinformation and see what their response would be.

Kyrie doing Neo Nazi’s work and people still looking at him as some kind of black power martyr. Kyrie doing MAGA bidding by contributing to Covid vaccination skepticism when black people were dying at disproportionate rates. Kyrie tweeting out white supremacist Alex Jones. What a joke, as is anyone who defends him at this point.

DON'T BE MISLED, AND THEN CONFUSED WHEN THE TRUTH HITS YOU UPSIDE THE HEAD!

That’s what I’m saying. Kanye and Kyrie are both (even if they don’t know it) being used as mouth pieces for the far right during a time where America is dangerously close to slipping into Facism. We’re right up on the brink.

We already know that black history has been suppressed and b*stardized by white supremacy and it’s important that we have access to our (actual) history.

Now with that being said, what does that have to do with Kyrie co-signing a documentary that lies about Hitler waxing lyrical about black people when it’s a documented fact that black people in Germany were also thrown into concentration camps?

See, that’s the thing people have to understand

People think the pushback is because Kyrie thinks he’s a black Hebrew or whatever the fukk..

The push back is because he posted a documentary that amplifies Hitler quotes that basically justify the eradication of Jews, and it glorifies these quotes like they’re full of wisdom. You can’t do that and think there won’t be any blow back. It doesn’t matter how much great shyt is in the documentary when that’s the crux of it.

shyt would be like a Jewish born NBA player trying to find himself, and linking a documentary that has all these great findings and beliefs, but it’s crux is an amplified quote from the Grand Wizard of the KKK that justifies slavery

Regardless of what else is in that documentary, that ONE thing is kinda hard to just gloss over, don’t y’all think?

And the apology STILL won’t be enough. They’ll be talking about this on sports media tomorrow debating if he was sincere.

And a lot of the same dudes in this thread saying he was dumb for not apologizing will be laughing at the fact that he did apologize. Bunch of hypocritical scared cowards.
That's the thing. What's the point of even apologizing (and paying fines), if folks still won't accept it? Fukk all dat, you got the money now leave me alone.
