Any time you have somebody who’s rich in the states but even lightly tied to crime and can be deported back to their 3rd world country? That’s a desperate mfer. The FBI at that point had contacted him, because he was ensnared in this conspiracy, since 2016 the Justice Department was examining relationships between Low and everyone in his orbit. in 2016, it was made public through civil asset forfeiture, and were tracking his bank accounts and people connected to the scheme.
