Knowing that them nikkas wasnt really fukking with each other like that..I find it hard to believe they were working on new music. Tip probably gone milk this shyt for all its worth.

Ehhh I dont know, Jarobi, Ali and Phife was cool. They all knew how Tip stayed.

Family is like that sometimes, you can get together and make the big things happen, but chilling on a daily ting, no chance.

They could have easily enjoyed few studio sessions and then just sent verses without them having to act like its 89'.

Still, it might be a leave it ting.

Tribes last two albums could have been just as bad or even worse if they hadnt fallen out. Its not like groups dont peak and then lose powers despite being as tight as day one.

As a dedicated Tribe fan, I don't want this. We don't know how closely they were all working with each other before Phife died and I imagine this to be nothing but unfinished/rough tracks thrown together.

Honestly I'm cool with their discography ending with "The Love Movement" which means all their albums dropped in the 90's. I'm not saying I know what they recorded behind the scenes but I doubt Phife will have heard or agreed to whatever they are going to put out as far as a completed album. They are obviously doing this to try and introduce Tribe to a new generation. It also helps the IP of the group as previous albums will also benefit from a new Tribe dropping.

For that reason I'm cool with the album because it will help Phifes estate. With that said until further notice this will be Tribe's "Born Again" album. Basically like a cut and paste compliation and not a "Tribe" album were all 3 parties agreed to the content. I do hope QT did have control putting it together. Don't get me wrong, I've been wanting new Tribe for over a decade but this is kind of "Out of the blue" news that I'm unsure about the final product. Hopefully it's dope though.

I'm looking forward to this...they dropped a song with eyrikah Badu in the 2000"s (forget the year) that was dope...I think tip said they had fixed everything before Phife passed...this could be stuff they was planing to use for outkast/tribe album...

I remember I think it might have been 05-06 they were working on an album and released like one song they couldn't get along though I dont know if I want this or not to be honest if it was completed before phife passed away then I would.

Definitely. Or it'll be some songs they did before deciding to go their seperate ways. I simply can't believe Tip and the rest of the group were getting along enough to make another album. Some songs? Sure.
