MLB knows more than any of us on here. They would not have suspended him two years without serious cause.

There's been a ton of incidents of abuse over the years and NOBODY got anything close to this. That Washington Post article is probably the tip of the iceberg.

The Dodgers didn't sever all ties right after the accusal for no reason.

That's the problem with sports media. The main sports in America is NFL and NBA which are dominating by black athletes. Sports media ride the black players hard AF. In some cases, deservely so.

However sports media doesnt ride or hold MLB or NHL to the same scrutiny.

I don't care about the popularity. The Anaheim angels had personnel peddling illegal drugs to their players and one of them died. There was no segment on any sports debate show about this tragedy.

Not one single debate segment about this Trevor weird sex abuse. But Watson segments were debated heavily and daily. Dude just got suspended for 2 years and not one damn debate. The scrutiny for MLB is not there.

NHL just had one of their star players get exposed for betting on games. Again not a damn peep from sports debate show. NFL player bets and get caught, its heavily debated. I like Shannon, Steven A., and Cowherd but they should have more pull about topics on their shows.

That's my major problem with sports media.
