There are regional elements you have to consider when tryna pick up women.
I live is LA, but I've been to 43 other states. Its all different.
Gold teeth, gucci shades, clarks... none of that shyt holds any sway in cali. In fact, out here thats clown shyt. You are better off being in a regular white tee with a close fade and a pair of jeans looking normal than like a tourist weirdo.
Jewelry on the west goes on the wrist, then ear, then neck. In that order of importance... if you are a jewelry rockin dude. Nobody checks for grills unless you are up north.
On the east, its neck, wrist, ear.
In the south is where they check for mouth grills and gold teeth and shyt.

And in LA specifically, nobody cares about your shoes unless they can't identify them (as in they have never seen them before). So unless you are rockin obscure collectors editions or exclussives, or rare sneaks its 'so what'.
LA bytches aren't interested in you being up on what everyone else is up on. Thats where they are. They become interested when they see you are up on shyt they don't know about... cause thats something they can gain.

The 18 year olds I'm smashing don't even know what an LA Gear is. Its out of their frame of reference. I guarentee you, they'll flip over those. Plus, they are Nike, so the robot in hoes won't even let them denounce them even if their first mind tells them to. The are pre-programed to be onboard. But its not about them loving the shoe, its about them wanting to be near you to get access to a world that these other dudes can't hip them to.
Same with my see through airforce ones. They look like whatever color my socks are. That concept is fly as hell to a broad for some reason. One pair is blue and white trim/soles and see through. The other pair is black & gold (my batmans) with see through. I can walk past a group of girls and they will stop their convo to talk to me or say "Look at his shoes" at which point I can talk to them if I want and I'm not some creep hitting on them, they stopped me.

Now, If I'm tryna pull business minded broads thats not what I'm rocking. But If I'm just bopping through the mall I throw those on and I'm stopped like 5 times easy.
