LA County has 10 million residents, double what Cook County has. So its no surprise the traffic is that bad. Plus Chicago has an awesome train system, and I speak from experience. I don't know if LA even has public transport. Plus with immigrants always coming into the city, it just adds more fuel to the fire. Now I don't know if anything can be done as far as public transport is concerned. I'm sure they got buses but even those are limited.

I’ve lived in that City for about 10 years. It ain’t just rush hour, there are traffic jams at 2am on the 405 and10 at times . For the most part I just lived and stayed in downtown LA (has plenty of spots to eat, party, the subway system was centralized there, plus FIDM is there so the women were bad af).

oh and the Strip Club SAMS Haufbra was fukking lit, the shyt was a straight rap video

Was raining... And yall act straight stupid out there when it rains. Stayed at a hotel near Ontario Mills. I'm sure that shyt an exception but that shyt scarred a nikka.

The reverse trip I can do in an hour and did it many times. Granted it was 4am and no traffic.

But yeah, I've learned to arrive mid morning into lax heading to the IE. That was the first and last time I ever will arrive after 1pm.

Why? the reason L.A. is so crowded is because all of yall out of towners keep coming here to get away from your fly over states, and/or horrible east coast winters and humid summers. if yall would stay home, and only come to visit, we wouldnt have this problem. its the same issue with our homeless problem. we have the most homeless in the nation because we have the best weather and resources in the nation. that means every homeless person from maine down to florida is going to migrate this way to be homeless by the beach. I’m on the 405 every day.

It’s like a living organism. Predictable most of the time. But one thing goes wrong....accident...rain.....been stuck on that shyt for 3 hours to go 25 miles.

I’ve lived in Boston, NYC, Miami and LA. Miami and LA are tied for the most oblivious/dumbest drivers in the country.

If the 405 was in the North East there’d barely be any traffic.
