That’s because these cities are fillled with high earning employees. Remember those people aren’t online complaining about the prices. I remember doing outreach in Manhattan once and I kid you not the first 20 people I spoke to made 6 figs. But that’s Manhattan tho where it’s normal.

I didn’t realize that was how a housing bubble is determined . A lot of people are leaving San Diego and end up moving to Phoenix, Texas, etc

I can’t see rent ever dropping in big cities. Sounds like a housing bubble is going to be there regardless :manny:
