nikka them shyts nice as fukk, you must not have seen the burnt out bandos and shyt the flood the hoods of a lot of southern cities and your Philly and Bmores

If you think that's nice....you clearly have never been anywhere nice.

If all it takes for you to consider places "nice" is some matching paint, trees and cutting the grass.... maybe y'all should go handle that in your cities.

Hell, you could start a youtube channel uploading power washing and mowing content :heh:

Lol what exactly makes this a run down looking neighbourhood though? Because theres a random couch on the sidewalk?

Other than that and a few bits of strewn garbage this doesnt look that bad at all.
That sh*t doesn't look good in person. I've seen burnt out Camden, Baltimore, Philly blocks. Y'all want to see that in LA, but remember, hardly any people live on those burnt out blocks on the East Coast. Half or more of those sh*ts are boarded up & deserted. The LA hoods, apartments, trashed homes are occupied and filled up to the max.

True, some hoods are nice in LA, but alot of them are grimey & low income asf. We almost need to categorized hoods if we're going down this route. A block with only 4 homes standing while the rest were burned down like in Detroit/a majority boarded up block with only 4-5 homes occupied like in Baltimore - - compared to - - a fully packed tall NYC project building or a series of grimey LA apartment buildings filled to capacity.

Both are considered hoods, but way different.
