LA & NJ
I'm approving right now. Each has its pros and cons. For 8 months out the year it's a straight toss up between to the two cities. But right now, not sure how any sane person could prefer NY over LA....

You wake up everyday in a great mood in LA. NY has a lot of pros, but overall quality of life, LA all day. and I'm a east coast dude all the way.

The traffic on the 5 and the fact that you have to leave the office at 3pm in order to get home at a reasonable time offsets the amazing weather that LA has.

IONO bout that breh :patrice:

I'm from NYC and I considered moving there a few years back and saw them house prices in LA and said fukk that I'm moving to Atlanta :bryan:

I'm talking about rent, and it's still cheaper to buy in LA, you can't even get a condo in NY for under 600k, you can get a 2 bedroom condo in LA for about 450k. Atlanta & South Florida are both cheaper, but a nikka is not trying to live down south

LA has subway and Light Rail routes and if you live along one of these rail services traffic isn't a issue :mj:

Also there's Metrolink :win:

Also there's plenty of people in NYC that have lousy commutes, Staten Island, southeastern Queens, Caransie for example. These areas have the longest commutes in the COUNTRY.

When its not brutally cold or super hot and humid [heat waves] I agree.
Snow >>>> *

then i got old enough to shovel it :beli:

I love snow but it is painfully cold outside. when its a bit warmer snow is :blessed: I live in a apartment so shoveling is not a issue for me, its a nice side hustle for some :ehh:
