Word. I did this with photoshop doing the import feature and broke it down frame by frame.

I had to make sure that the gifs were 2MB or less cause of the tumblr size limit. How is gifcam though?

If you know how to do the photoshop and you're comfortable with that, stick with it. Gifcam is simple, you can knock out gifs in seconds. it's what I use for my negged gifs.
